Retail price
Our margin is baked in — no surcharge at checkout.
- Globe / Smart / DITO load — same denominations the carriers publish.
- Easytrip RFID — ₱200 to ₱2,000 in ₱100 steps. Face value plus our small margin.
- Failed loads refund automatically. Settlement disputes are reconciled within 24h.
Why not zero margin?
Buying load wholesale costs us money. The margin per SKU is small (think a few centavos to a few pesos depending on denomination) and keeps the lights on — Supabase, the VLWP partner connection, this marketing site, customer support, the people who approve GCash top-ups. We'd rather charge a transparent margin than load up surcharges, dark patterns, or ads.
